I am not a placement trainer. I started where you are: a Tier-3 college, Electronics branch, no CSE seat, no plan.
My first offer was 5.5 LPA. In my third year I did an internship where I went far beyond the work given to me, and the company gave me a pre-placement offer of 8.5 LPA. By final year the skills, projects and resume I had built got me a 24 LPA offer, the highest package in my college.
It took me 4 years to work that out. I now teach it every day to 430,000 people.
This workshop is the plan I wish someone had given me in second year.

What if I miss the live session?

MentiBy Technologies Private Limited is an education company I am building for Telugu-speaking engineering students. It runs live, cohort-based programs where students learn skills, build projects and prepare for placements, taught in Telugu. This workshop is a MentiBy program.
